PrairieStar Health Center, a PCMH Level III facility, is looking for a Chief Operations Officer to join our high performing team. PrairieStar is the recipient of multiple national awards including, five National Quality Leader Awards, Million Hearts and seven Health Center Quality Leader Awards. The Chief Operations Officer is Responsible for administrative functions including operations, process improvement and management of ancillary departments to include lab, radiology, IT and facilities.
